Per NJ statute N.J.A.C. 8:57-4, all students entering 6th grade must have one dose TDaP and one dose Meningococcal vaccines PRIOR to the first day of school, even if that student will be working virtually. Students entering 6th grade who have not received the above immunizations prior to the first day of school will not be able to attend in person or virtual classrooms until they are received.
