2019/2020 School Year

Looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in the Cape May City Elementary School? The following positions for the 2019/20 school year are open until filled:

Paraprofessional Classroom Aide:  Part-time (29.5 hours per week) 1:1 position working with a student who has an individualized education plan.  Experience and 60 college credits or a substitute teacher certificate preferred. Must have passed or be able to pass the NJ State Criminal Background Check. 

Lifeguard / Pool Aide: Duties include supervising students in locker room and during swim periods on Wednesdays. High School Diploma and American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate are required. Must have passed or be able to pass the NJ State Criminal Background Check.

Substitute Custodians: All shifts available, as needed and on-call. Must have passed or be able to pass the NJ State Criminal Background Check. $12.00 per hour. ($15.00 per hour with Black Seal)

Substitute Teachers needed for the 2019-2020 school year. Rate of pay: $90.00 per day. NJ / Cape May County Substitute Certification required. Please submit resume, copy of certification, and letter of interest.

Substitute School Nurse needed for the 2019-2020 school year. Rate of pay: $150.00 per day. NJ / Cape May County Substitute Certification required. Please submit resume, copy of certification, and letter of interest.
